Shaping:

Toppers may require shaping, as they are shipped flat and carefully packed for shipment. Toppers are nonrefundable due to any additional bending or mishandling of the toppers when they arrive. Please refer to the “shaping guide” for recommended shaping methods.

This is such a great topper for everyday wear. I got translucent and can wear it as is, or layer it on top of a colored topper for a completely different look!
