Frame Styles
- Standard - The topper frame style that fits the standard compatible frames.
- Thick - The topper frame style that is slightly thicker than the standard frame style, giving you more coverage room for patterns to show. It is about 1mm extra around the perimeter of the standard toppers.
- Stackers (coming soon!)- This frame style gives you 1mm around the perimeter and interior of the standard frame, giving you more coverage. This is perfect for layering to give you an outline "look" for your toppers, or a nice layering piece for your translucent toppers.
Topper Bases
Designs are printed on Regular White bases by default. If Transparent Clear base is chosen, please keep in mind that the design will be more subtle and transparent. Regular White bases will have a more vivid and crisp look. Transparent Clear option is not recommended for dark frames. White & light colored designs will show clear or light colored with the Transparent Clear option.

Finishes
Toppers will come with no finish or topcoat. By default, the toppers will have a slight sheen to it, but if you are looking for a shiny topcoat, resin can be added at an additional charge. Glitter resin can also be added as an add-on - a fine iridescent glitter is used through the whole topper as a default. If you would like to resin something else, please leave it in the special notes in the product detail and we will try our best to accommodate.

Shaping your Toppers
Toppers may require shaping, as they are shipped flat and carefully packed for shipment. Toppers are nonrefundable due to any additional bending or mishandling of the toppers when they arrive. Please refer to the “shaping guide” below for recommended shaping methods.
Turnaround Time
Typically, we aim to ship your order within 7-10 business days. For orders that do not require printing or special designs, they may ship sooner. Please check the estimated shipping dates provided at checkout to ensure your products are delivered when you are expecting them. You should receive a tracking email once your order is ready to ship.
Order Edits
Should you wish to make edits or add additional products to your current order, please use the chat feature on our website within 24-48 hours of placing your order. You will not be able to edit your order after your order is in production.

Refunds & Exchanges
Because all of our products are made-to-order, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted. If products received are defective, or missing items, we will try our best to clear any issues. Some shaping may be required due to packaging from shipping. If magnets become detached, we will send you a replacement. If any returns or exchanges are excepted, it will be at the discretion of the seller and shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost in Transit or Damaged Products
If you are located within the US, your order was processed through USPS with insurance. If you received tracking and your order has yet to arrive or was delivered damaged, please file a claim with the USPS through their website. All of your information is provided on the shipping label. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
