Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Myni-made Creations! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Order Processing/Turnaround Time
Typically, we aim to ship your order within 7-10 business days. Orders may be delayed up to 3-4 weeks in times of sales or specials. For orders that do not require printing or special designs, they may ship sooner.
You will receive an email notification every step of the way. From pre-production to shipping. You should receive a tracking email once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to US addresses through USPS standard Ground Advantage (3-5 business days). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays may occur during peak season or due to weather conditions. Shipping Insurance is included up to $100/order.
International Shipping: We currently ship international orders through UPS or FedEx. Customs & duties charges may apply at time of delivery. Some orders may include insurance, but most do not. Please order at your own risk.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through your Myni-made Creations account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control (like weather or customs delays).
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If there is an error, please contact us immediately at mynimadecreations@gmail.com. We can not make changes once the order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you can submit a claim through USPS (for US orders) up to $100/order. You will have to provide your tracking number, proof of purchase, and proof of damage. For international orders, damaged product can not be claimed, as only some delivery services include insurance. Please order at your own risk.
If you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will try our best to make it right.
